Any reservation will be processed only after receiving a 50% deposit which is not refundable in case of no shows and cancellation within a week of check-in |

Any cancellations made prior to one week entitles a refund of 25% of the deposit. |

Reservations for a minimum of seven nights will be considered, between the festive periods of 15th December to 3rd January. Full payment in advance will have to be paid. No payment will be refunded for any cancellations. |
